the location was easy to find and the staff were cute. breakfast offered a good selection.
The room felt cramped with the beds arranged. moving around the beds to reach the kettle area or the window was difficult. also, we did not receive enough towels or pillows for everyone in the room. We had to request more.

The receptionist was cute and accommodated my request for a quiet room. I even had a choice between the ground or first floor! my room was adequately sized, clean, and comfortably warm, plus, i could adjust the radiator. dove hand wash by the sink and dove body wash and shampoo in the shower were a nice touch.
The room was uncomfortably warm during my entire stay, though a fan was provided. It made sleeping difficult

the staff provided quick check-in and clean spacious rooms. i appreciated the halloween themed decorations and treats that were available for children. the hotel offers a huge parking lot and accessibility features. i found it great that a staff member provided a duvet for my daughter upon request it was kind.
i noticed a slight lack of variety during the breakfast service scrambled eggs were the only option.

The location was convenient. It was really easy to find. A good breakfast was included, and it provided a satisfactory start to the day.
My room was noisy from the hallway, I could hear other guests often. There was also no coffee in the room, only teabags were available.
